What you share

When you join the Private Performance priority list, we collect your email address, optional answers about your neighbourhood, home setup, interests, timing, anticipated price and willingness to share feedback, the date of your signup, which form you used and the version of the contact notice shown. Please do not submit medical information through this website.

How we use it

We use your answers to help plan the service and your email for launch updates and occasional questions about your preferences. Appointments are not yet available. Joining is not a booking. We do not sell your email address or add it to unrelated mailing lists.

Where it is stored

Email enquiries are stored in a Supabase database in Canada. Vercel hosts the website. These providers process information to operate the service, and their supporting infrastructure and operational logs may be processed outside Canada. Access to enquiry records is restricted.

Referral information

If the link you use contains a campaign source, medium or campaign name, we save those labels with your signup to understand which outreach brings interest. We do not collect search terms or full referring URLs. These labels are read from the current page link without tracking cookies.

Website operation

The form uses basic spam protection and a request limit. We store a one-way keyed hash of your network address for this purpose; we do not store your raw IP address in the enquiry database. Rate-limit records expire for limiting purposes after 15 minutes and records older than 24 hours are removed when the next valid submission is processed. Hosting providers may retain their own technical logs. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or remove your email at any time by replying to a message from us. We retain enquiries while following up about this service, unless you request removal.
